University of Western Ontario is in London, Ontario and has a Jewish population of 3,000 Jews, which is 10% of the school, and which includes 108 NCSY alumni. There’s a Hillel, Chabad on campus (the Silberbergs), an Olami rabbi (Rabbi Mandel), and a partial (separate) kosher meal plan.
