SUNY – Binghamton is in Vestal, NY and has a Jewish population of 3,500 Jews, which is 27% of the school, and which includes 119 NCSY alumni. There’s a OU-JLIC couple (the Weisses), a Hillel, Chabad on campus (the Cheins), an Olami rabbi (Rabbi Harkavy), and a full kosher meal plan.
