Different Paths, Same Korban. Parshat Naso, Rabbi Yaakov Glasser

In Parshat Naso, why does the Torah identify the leader of each tribe and their relationship to the Mishkan in such repetitive detail?
This week, an explanation from Rabbi Yaakov Glasser, the Emeritus International Director of Education for NCSY and now the Associate Dean of the Center for the Jewish Future at Yeshiva University.
While the notion of division into different tribes speaks to the diversity of the Jewish people, how do we reconcile that with the commandment that each person brings the same offering — be it to The Mishkan, The Beit HaMikdash or the synagogue? How do we find meaning and purpose in what we do?
